Return & Refund Policy

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags, accessories, manuals, and any included parts where applicable.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

2. Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for eligible items within the 50-day return window.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address, if applicable.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, customization, or clearance reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. These may include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal-use items where return is not appropriate after opening
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

If a product is marked as non-returnable on the product page, that product-specific condition will apply to your order to the extent permitted by law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees, if any were charged at checkout, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or replacement, please contact us within the 50-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

8. Order Cancellations
