Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at lustriq.shop. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received and verified.

During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or high order volume periods, processing may take longer than usual.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 30–45 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, weather, local courier delays, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions where our logistics partners operate. If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will contact you and issue a refund if necessary.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability, package size, or logistics arrangements. In that case, you may receive separate shipments and tracking numbers.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses,
  • unclaimed packages,
  • refusal of delivery,
  • failure to respond to courier contact attempts.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at kirstenchrisoula2090@outlook.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping destination.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s).

10. Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • customs inspections,
  • severe weather,
  • transportation disruptions,
  • labor strikes,
  • carrier delays,
  • public emergencies,
  • force majeure events.
